You get everything for under $7. If you're feeling saucy, $20 will get you four copies of the game if you want to play with your friends."

So it seems microsoft is being dicks by not allowing valve to release free DLC so they just put the game up for 7$ on the PC. This did good converting xbox'ers to PC players
